We are the premier Outdoor Power Equipment dealership in the Southeastern US. Providing sales and service to commercial landscapers, municipalities, and homeowners throughout Florida and beyond.

Our Legacy

Founded in 1975 by Joe and Diana Biesterfeld, Green Thumb has grown to over 50 employees in our Coral Springs location. The Biesterfeld family is the heart of Green Thumb, with Joe’s sons John and Joe Jr. growing the company to its’ current size. John’s children and extended family are still here, taking care of customers-many of whom have been with us since the early days in Tamarac. John is a widely known and well-respected member of the Outdoor Power Equipment industry. You can still find him at his bench helping customers or repairing equipment.

The Next Generation

Ben and Alex came on as new owners in January, 2020. Both brothers are former Army Infantry Officers, with a combined 10 years of service and 4 combat deployments between them. They bring to Green Thumb the values instilled while serving as small-unit leaders – loyalty, integrity and selflessness. Now they are committed to maintaining the Green Thumb tradition of excellence and always putting the customer first.

What are your hours?
Monday through Friday. 7am to 5pm.
Yes we do, we charge a delivery or shipping fees. Some exceptions will apply.
We charge a diagnostic fee, which is waived if the customer approves the repair. We have a high volume of equipment to fix, and we’re unable to provide free assessments on equipment.
Yes! We always reward customer loyalty. We value long-term customers and make sure they are getting the best prices on the market.
We will always work with customers to find the best price. We can also provide financing options at low interest rates and no money down.
Yes. If you can prove you are getting a lower price at another mower shop, we’ll do our best to match it.
Yes, we have multiple financing options here at Green Thumb. We’ll work with you to get you approved at the lowest rate. Just come in and tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do the work.
