Same Day Local Delivery Routes:

Included at no charge for our commercial cutters and homeowners for orders over $1000 or for any heavy equipment. Green Thumb has local delivery routes for West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Florida. Any order below $1000 will be delivered for a flat rate of $50.00

Next Business Day Delivery In Florida:

All orders that are shipping to any location in the state of Florida will be delivered next business day.

Standard Shipping:

For orders that are shipping to outside of Florida, these orders will have a standard shipping time of 2-6 days.

Shipping Cost:

We offer a mix of free shipping and paid shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout and prior to submitting your order. Promotional shipping will be shown when viewing a product.

Returns & Replacements

Visit your account panel or contact for any issues regarding your order or to return your product. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If you are returning a product due to damage or the wrong product was received, there is no restocking fee or return shipping fee.

You have up to 30 days to return your product from the time you receive your order. A damaged item must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

Pricing is determined upon list price, volume discounts, and your eligibility for additional discounts by joining our B2B dealer program.
From time to time we will have promotions. This is an email that can always be opted out of at any time.

VIEWING ORDERS

All orders are able to be viewed in your account portal. All orders are updated in live time. To view your order, please log in to your account. If you have your order number, you can track your package without logging into your account by visiting the tracking page.
