Service Appointments

Green Thumb Customers- we have a new service dept. process that we hope will make it easier to drop-off your equipment with us for repair.

  1. Please fill out the form below.
  2. Once you complete the form, our service counter will get your equipment tag ready.
  3. Bring in your equipment and see the service counter for your tag.
  4. For handheld equipment, tag your equipment and drop it in our drop-off area (yellow fenced in area to your right-hand side as you walk in).
  5. For larger equipment (zero-turn mowers, etc) tag your equipment, and either 1) park it out of the way of traffic, and let the service counter know you are leaving it or 2) Ask the service counter for help getting it moved off your trailer, out of your truck, etc.
  6. You're done!

Give a description of the equipment being dropped off. Include the make and model if possible. NOTE: THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR 1 EQUIPMENT ITEM. IF YOU HAVE MORE, THEN A FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND COMPLETED PER ITEM.

Let us know how urgently you need your equipment back. We can’t accommodate everyone who needs it back immediately, but if you tell us it’s urgent, we’ll do our best to expedite the repair.

Yes! You read that right. Green Thumb now offers rentals for all customers and discounted loaners for customers that have repairs that will be in the shop for an extended amount of time. If you check “yes” on this section, a team member will reach out to discuss your options via the email or phone number provided.

If you want to receive automatic updates on the status of your equipment, then please provide an email address. We never share or spam your email. This will only be used for notifications of your equipment in service.

Select if you want an estimate before ANY repair or service is performed after we diagnose your equipment, OR you can pre-authorize us to complete work up to a certain dollar amount that you’re comfortable paying. We will always call you for approval if we expect the work will total more money that the amount you’ve authorized.
