ISC 8351ST2 Stiff Tether For Rope Wrench

This is a tether designed for use with the Singing Tree ZK2 Rope Wrench. The small rubber hose helps to hold the Rope Wrench from going into “neutral”. Using 8mm BeeLine, and a custom technique, this tether is rigid while still allowing just enough flex when needed.
