These guides will help you to locate your model/serial number on your equipment.

Use This Guide To Locate Your Model/Serial Number
CSG-7410:
With the unit off, look below the fan cover towards the bottom of the unit. The model and serial number are located on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the housing.
The serial number will begin with the letter "C" followed by 11 numbers (Example: C72715001001)
On the Housing
Located either on black and white or silver sticker below the fan cover towards the bottom on the housing.
