SRM (Straight Shaft) Trimmers Model/Serial Number
These guides will help you to locate your model/serial number on your equipment.

Locate Your Product Below
SRM-225:
This model will have one of the following locations:
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the silver engine block.
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are engraved on the silver engine block.
The serial number will begin with the letter "S" OR "T" OR "U" followed by 11 numbers (Example: S04011001001 OR T74414001001 OR U06012001001)
On the
Silver Engine Block
Located either on black and white sticker or engraved
on the silver engine block.
SRM-225i:
This model will have one of the following locations:
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the silver engine block.
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are engraved on the silver engine block.
The serial number will begin with the letter "S" OR "T" OR "U" followed by 11 numbers (Example:S08712001001 OR T49314001001 OR U01514001001)
On the
Silver Engine Block
Located either on black and white sticker or engraved
on the silver engine block.
SRM-266:
This model will have one of the following locations:
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the silver engine block.
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are engraved on the silver engine block.
The serial number will begin with the letter "T" followed by 11 numbers (Example:T47514001001)
On the
Silver Engine Block
Located either on black and white sticker or engraved
on the silver engine block.
SRM-2620:
This model will have one of the following locations:
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the silver engine block.
- With the unit off, look below the air filter cover and above the fuel tank. The model and serial number are engraved on the silver engine block.
The serial number will begin with the letter "T" followed by 11 numbers (Example:T87114001001)

The serial number will begin with the letter "U" followed by 11 numbers (Example:U09815001001)
